SAMi Return Policy

If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your SAMi Camera purchase, you may send it back and request a full refund within 45 days of delivery.

Please note that we do not accept returns for the following items:

  • EpiSafe Pillow by SleepSure™

To initiate a return for your SAMi Camera, please complete this form.

Please note the following when returning a SAMi Camera:

  • Product(s) returned directly to SAMi must have been originally purchased from our website www.samialert.com. Any product(s) purchased from any other retailer and/or website must be returned to their original purchase location and are subject to the retailer’s and/or website’s return policy.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of their product(s) and assume all risk of loss or damages when shipping your return to SAMi.
  • Returned product(s) must be returned in their original packaging and in good physical condition with all non-consumable parts. All returned product(s) are subject to inspection and condition will be assessed as per the sole discretion of SAMi. A $30 restocking fee will be applied to all returns that are not returned in good condition. 
  • If the product(s) have damage beyond normal wear and tear or are missing accessories, SAMi reserves the right to charge an additional restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund amount if products or packaging are returned damaged or with missing components.
  • After we receive your product we will credit your original method of payment within three days. Note that the credit will not include any shipping fees or customs, duties, or taxes (including VAT) you may have pre-paid when purchasing. If duties and taxes were paid upon receipt of your order, contact your local customs office to seek reimbursement.
  • Processing of refunds will take between 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment at the time of order.
